Sunny Park – Chief Executive Officer | Hospitality & Real Estate Management Consultant
Sunny Park is the CEO and Co-Founder of a consulting firm specializing in hospitality operations and real estate management. With over 15 years of global experience, Sunny brings a unique blend of operational rigor and people-first leadership to every engagement. Prior to her firm, Sunny served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, spearheading transformation programs. Sunny is married to Aman Mekonen, Owner-Operator of two Chick-fil-A restaurants in NYC. They are proud parents to Adonia and Amias. Sunny holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and leads with excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.
Aman Mekonen – Partner
Aman Mekonen is a seasoned entrepreneur and Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Queens. Born in Ethiopia and raised in an entrepreneurial family, Aman built a career in finance at UBS and Goldman Sachs before transitioning into real estate lending at Greystone. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Aman holds a Master’s from Fordham University. Aman is married to Sunny Mekonen and is committed to building a legacy rooted in leadership and community impact.
